Let Us Know Program
The Let Us Know program is a partnership between AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana and the provider community to collaborate in the engagement and management of our pregnant members.
If you have a hard to reach member or a member who needs help in getting to her postpartum visit, let us know. Our dedicated Bright Start Maternity Department will help. You can report any barrier a member may experience in effort to get proper postpartum care (language barriers, lack of transportation to appointments, etc.) to us through the Let Us Know program, so that our Bright Start team may lend a hand to both your office staff and the member. We want to engage your members in their healthcare and provide clinical resources for you in their care management.

For immediate outreach please fax the Obstetrical Needs Assessment Form (ONAF) for all pregnant members
