Message to the Community

When all boots are on the ground, our community health educators cover all 64 parishes that make up the great state of Louisiana. From the bayous to the beaches, and as ever-present as the magnolia trees that are abundant throughout the state, these dedicated men and women reach our thousands of members right where they are — in the community. We are proud residents of Louisiana.
